Sales Panel Maker
Product Scope

- Industrial & utility electrical system solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from all major disciplines
- Experience in engineering and/or sales, preferably in the electrical panel or power distribution industry
- Responsive, proactive, and enthusiastic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a strong sales target orientation
- Able to drive a car (valid driving license required)
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including product presentations, customer visits, and active communication with prospective clients.
- Manage and monitor the quotation-to-contract process, including bid status reporting and sales forecasting.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Engineering, CPM, Finance, Project, Accounting, PFM, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution through to payment completion.
Additional Advantages
- Experience in handling project tenders
- Understanding of technical and commercial documents related to electrical panels
- Experience in industrial, utility, or EPC projects
