This specification defines the minimum technical requirements for the engineering, design, materials, manufacturing, assembly, wiring, factory testing, inspection, delivery, and documentation of Protection & Control Relay Panels for Medium-Voltage (MV) and High-Voltage (HV) substations.

Environmental Conditions
Panels shall be designed for:
- Ambient temperature: –5°C to +50°C (or as specified)
- Relative humidity: up to 95% non-condensing
- Installation altitude: ≤ 1000 m
- Seismic rating: IEC 60068-3-3 or equivalent
- Indoor or outdoor use as defined in datasheet
